贵妃香菇丸滋补汤 食谱
材料:300g 贵妃香菇丸,20g北芪,3片当归,20g 党参(切半),1汤匙杞子,2条甘草,800毫升水
调味料:盐1茶匙,菠萝菇精1/2茶匙
做法:1)将所有材料以小火煲30分钟后,加入贵妃香菇丸继续煲 20分钟,随后加入调味料调味即可。
Mushroom Ball Healthy Soup recipe
Ingredient:300g Veg. Princess Mushroom Balls, 20g Astragali (Bei Qi), 3 pcs Angelica (Dang Gui), 20g Codonopsis (Dang Shen) (Halved), 1 tbsp Wolfberries, 2 pcs Glycyrrhiza (Gan Cao), 800 ml Water
Seasoning:1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Mushroom Seasoning
Procedure:1) Cook all ingredients for about 30 mins over low heat. Add in Veg. Princess Mushroom Balls continue to cook for about 20 mins. Add in seasoning and serve hot.
