Parcel will be prepared after order is received & ship out within 3-5 working days (except PH and weekend).
Return Policy
11.1 If the request for a return parcel is approved after a quality check by VIP Grocer Land, the delivery fee for the return parcel will be refunded together to the customer based on the receipt of courier fee. Please submit a copy of the delivery receipt to us. 11.2 If the request for a return parcel is rejected after a quality check by VIP Grocer Land, the cost of the return parcel will be absorbed by the customer. 11.3 We will need to check what the reason customers request for return first & have a quality check on the product before we allow for product returning.
